Years of abuse: 1987-2013 (documented complaints 1987-2010; retired 2013)

An independent investigation commissioned by HUC found a Los Angeles campus professor of rabbinic literature sexually harassed female students for decades, including sexual commentary in class, repeated propositions and pornography on his computer, and that administrators knew from documented complaints (1987-2010) but took little action. The report said some of the most egregious behavior across HUC occurred on the LA campus.
