A former student who was 16 at the time sued the university in federal court alleging a graduate student working as a part-time debate coach repeatedly sexually harassed and assaulted her during the 2013-2014 academic year. The suit alleges university leadership knew, attempted a cover-up, and acted with deliberate indifference in violation of Title IX.
