The Diocese of Bridgeport's credibly-accused list includes two priests assigned to Sacred Heart University (1964-1988 and 1992-2002). The diocese's 2019 Holzberg report found that a chaplain was relieved of his university assignment in 1966 for improper conduct and that the diocese then sought to place him in another diocese.
