A 20-year-old student told investigators in 2006 that the university's band director offered to 'teach him what he needs to know about pledging,' gave him a vodka-based drink that made him dizzy, and then performed oral sex on him and touched him inappropriately while he drifted in and out of consciousness.

Status: Charged in September 2006 with second-degree rape, two counts of third-degree unlawful sexual contact and providing alcohol to an underage person; outcome not reported in cited coverage.
