Sexual assault · Pi Kappa Phi (Zeta Eta chapter)

According to a police affidavit, a 16-year-old visiting the USF campus was sexually assaulted while unconscious at a Pi Kappa Phi party in 2016.

Status: A fraternity member was arrested and charged with sexual battery on a child over 12; the investigation was ongoing at the time of reporting.

Response: Pi Kappa Phi's national office suspended the chapter; USF Student Affairs opened a student conduct review.
