Boise State's conduct board found a pattern of ongoing misconduct involving alcohol and hazing by its Alpha Kappa Lambda chapter after a December 2022 hearing.

Status: Found responsible for hazing and alcohol violations in a university conduct process; no criminal charges reported.

Response: Boise State suspended the chapter for four years in February 2023; the national fraternity said hazing and alcohol abuse have no place in the fraternity experience.
