College staff misconduct · Accused: former philosophy lecturer

Years of abuse: 2007-2015

A freshman reported in 2007 that an NKU philosophy lecturer touched her knee and kissed her cheek during an after-hours meeting; in 2015 another student reported inappropriate texts, touching and a kiss on the cheek. University records say he admitted the accounts were accurate.

Status: Received written warnings from the university; his contract was not renewed for 2016-2017. No criminal charges were reported.
