College staff misconduct · Accused: former head track and cross country coach

Student-athletes complained that a track and cross country coach created a sexualized environment; a university investigation found sexual harassment.

Status: Found by the university's Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action office to have sexually harassed athletes in violation of university policy; the coach disputed the findings.

Response: The coach resigned in August 2018.
