Drugging · Phi Delta Theta

Students reported being drugged at a Feb. 2024 Phi Delta Theta event; Theta Chi and Delta Sigma Phi were also suspended amid drugging allegations.

Status: Open Eugene police investigation (Mar. 2024); no charges reported.

Response: UO placed Phi Delta Theta, Theta Chi and Delta Sigma Phi on interim suspension; IFC paused alcohol events.

Hazing · Alpha Epsilon Pi

The University of Oregon placed its Alpha Epsilon Pi chapter under suspension in April 2019 over alleged behaviors that constitute hazing.

Status: Chapter temporarily suspended by university pending investigation (2019), later modified to limited operation.

Response: Emergency suspension, modified to limited operation during the student conduct investigation.
