Alleged sexual misconduct was reported at the Triangle and Delta Chi houses, and alleged sexual misconduct and hazing at the Sigma Phi Delta house, in spring 2014.

Status: Reported to Milwaukee police and campus safety; each chapter received an official university warning (Apr 2014); Sigma Phi Delta later found responsible for hazing, suspension in abeyance and probation through May 2016.

Response: Official warnings, sexual misconduct prevention training; Sigma Phi Delta membership review and new member education requirements.
